For anyone carrying more than their body has room for right now. This is a gentle, nervous-system-informed session: beginner friendly, no experience needed. We will move slowly, surf the breath together, and give your system permission to downshift out of the pressure of the day. By the end, your shoulders will be lower than when you started, and the part of you that has been holding it all together will get a few minutes of real rest. Come find some space to create and cultivate clam.
