Mindfulness of Breathing Practice - Week 3

Join me for eight weeks of mindfulness of breathing.
Starting in March, I’ll lead two sessions per week focused on training attention through the breath — not as a technique to “get calm,” (even though that is often a natural byproduct of the practice) but as a way to understand the mechanics of experience itself.
This series follows the arc of the Anapanasati Sutta, gradually deepening from simple breath awareness into embodied clarity, emotional steadiness, and insight into how the mind constructs reality.
No belief or previous experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to practice.
If you miss some weeks that's okay, just come when you can!
