Creating Space Around Self-Judgement #TraumaSensitiveMeditation

This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to calm the nervous system and return to an inner sense of safety. From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels helpful, to visualize an open sky and observe the sky and sensations in your body. Then we continue with noticing thoughts that may appear as clouds in the sky. If that doesn’t feel helpful, you’re welcome to simply rest your awareness to your breath, a neutral sensation in your body, or your surroundings. This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to practicing with you.
