What brings you joy? What strengths and resilience rise up to help you through challenges? Maybe your body is more relaxed or you remember to lengthen your exhale. As we get to intimately know ourselves, we recognize the inner critic sooner and now we show up for ourselves with kindness. We know how to stabilize our nervous system and catastrophic thoughts are becoming less intrusive.
