Restorative Pilates: Connecting Head to Toe with the Theraband [Copied]

Welcome to Restorative Pilates. In this ongoing workshop we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body.
This class will focus on connecting our bodies from head to toe. Developing an awareness of all of our parts and how they relate to each other holistically. This active mindfulness meditation will use a Theraband as a feedback tool to help your system organize and unify itself.
PROPS (to have on hand that we cycle through): Roller, Pinky Ball, Theraband, Gertie Ball, light weights (under 5 lbs) Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
