Empowered Women Empowering Women is a hosted LIVE conversation centered on the wisdom, presence, and lived experience of empowered women. This space is designed to uplift, reflect, and connect—without debate, criticism, or overwhelm. While the conversation centers women’s voices, all are welcome to listen and participate with respect. Men and people of all genders are invited to reflect on and share how empowered women have influenced, shaped, or supported their lives, growth, or leadership. This is a grounded space focused on: 🌻encouragement over critique 🌼listening as much as speaking 🌷shared wisdom rather than venting 🌹presence, care, and mutual respect Themes we may explore include: Stop Apologizing — the invisible habit. Many women find themselves apologizing when they haven’t done anything wrong. We’ll reflect on where this habit comes from and what shifts when clarity replaces the urge to shrink or keep the peace. Do You Really Need a Guru? In a time when many people are seeking guidance—and many are stepping into the role of “guru”—we’ll explore discernment, self-trust, and the difference between supportive guidance and giving our power away.
