This live experience is an invitation to step away from expectations and noise of Valentine's Day and return to self. Designed especially for women over 40, this live experience will feel less like a class and more like a gentle retreat. Join me in slowing the pace, settling your nervous system and meeting yourself with kindness, honesty and self-love.
This session will include:
+ Gentle grounding and breath awareness
+ Reflective journaling
+ Guided face massage
+ A guided self-love meditation to help you soften, release and reconnect
What to Bring (Not essential)
Creating A Retreat at Home
You can create your own retreat at home, with a few candles, some essential oil in a diffuser, some Rose Quartz crystals and some plants or flowers.
Please also bring;
A notebook or journal and pen
Facial oil
A warm or nourishing drink - herbal tea (chamomile, rose, cacao, peppermint)/warm water with lemon
A blanket or shawl to stay cosy
A comfortable place to sit or lie down
