Pause For Presence - Monthly Meditation Circle (February)

In this 1-hour live session, you’re warmly invited to step away from the momentum of daily life and connect to a more centered, present, and embodied experience through a guided community practice. Upon arrival, we always begin with a few quiet minutes of noble silence to support natural settling, allowing your body, mind, and emotions to arrive and orient gently. From there, we move into the practice, weaving together mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, and compassion-based inquiry. You'll be encouraged to meet your thoughts, emotions, breath, body, and sensations with spaciousness and care, without pressure to change, fix, or transcend anything. This is a space to listen to your inner rhythms and practice being present with what is in a supportive way. Sharing at the end is welcome, though always optional! Most people say they find this time profoundly relaxing and a time to simply let go of all the noise and safely go within. I look forward to practicing with you soon!
