Namaste 🙏 I invite you to a guided Nidra Yoga Practice. Nidra Yoga is so much more than just relaxation. The process starts with relaxation and leads you into the depths of your being by simply bringing awareness. When Nidra Yoga is performed in a correct way, it will bring you beneficial effects in so many ways.
