This online pregnancy yoga class is designed especially for expecting mothers who are 20+ weeks pregnant and have been medically cleared by their doctor to practice yoga. The sessions focus on gentle, safe movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to support your changing body, improve strength and flexibility, reduce stress, and prepare you for childbirth.
Join from the comfort of your home and connect with a supportive community of moms-to-be in a calm, nurturing environment.
Schedule: Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 6.15 am to 7 am (IST)
Duration: 45 minutes
Note: This class is suitable only for moms with a healthy, single pregnancy and no medical restrictions such as low-lying placenta, multiple pregnancies (twins/triplets), or other conditions that limit physical activity.
