Part 3: Coming Back to Yourself : A 3-Step Breathing Practice
With Mohua Sengupta
In Part 1, we learned to step out of overthinking by returning to the body.
In Part 2, we explored how to sit with emotions without trying to fix them.
In this final part, we bring it all together.
The 3-step breathing space is a simple yet powerful mindfulness practice you can use anytime — in the middle of a busy day, during moments of stress, or when you feel disconnected from yourself.
It helps you pause, become aware of what’s present, and gently gather your attention back into the body and breath.
Through a short reflection, a timeless poem, and a guided practice, this session will help you move from awareness into presence — from reacting to responding.
This session is especially helpful if you:
feel scattered or pulled in many directions
want a simple, practical tool for daily life
are looking to feel more grounded and centered
No prior meditation experience is needed.
This is Part 3 of the series: From Overthinking to Inner Calm
You can attend this on its own, or as a continuation of Parts 1 and 2 — each step gently deepening your connection with yourself.
Come as you are.
