This is a chill, steady practice for real bodies and real energy levels. We'll move slowly, layer in simple breath work, and give the nervous system somewhere to soften. Expect grounded, accessible movement, and quiet presence. Accessible and open to all levels. Props are optional although a blanket or block can help, but your body is enough. *This is a weekly event.*
