This 30-minute live session combines simple, functional movement with a gentle, exhale-focused breathing practice to help the body and nervous system settle. We begin with small, accessible movements designed to reduce stiffness, improve ease of movement, and reconnect breath with physical action. Nothing is rushed or heavily choreographed. The emphasis is on listening, adapting, and moving in a way that supports rather than depletes. The second half of the session is a guided breathing practice with particular attention to the exhale. By allowing the out-breath to soften and lengthen naturally, we create conditions for down-regulation, grounding, and a clearer sense of internal rhythm. This session is suitable for tired, over-stimulated, or stressed bodies, and for anyone who wants a quieter, more functional approach to yoga and breath. No experience is needed. Movements can be adapted to your needs, including practising seated. Come as you are. Move a little. Breathe a little. Leave with more space than you arrived with.
