Gratitude is easy to access when things are going well. What about when they are not? How do we experience authentic gratitude when life feels unfair and difficult?
In this talk, we explore a deeper understanding of gratitude: not as forced positivity, but as a quality of awareness that can exist even alongside grief, anger, fear, or disappointment.
As our awareness expands, we discover how regulation of the nervous system opens the door to noticing what is still working, still supporting us, and still meaningful, even during challenging moments.
This session includes a short experiential practice to help you directly feel how gratitude can coexist with difficulty, creating greater resilience, perspective, and emotional balance.
