Melt Into the Weekend
A 45-minute restorative Yin practice followed by a 15-minute Yoga Nidra to help you fully let go of the week.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of deeply supported Yin to unwind the hips, spine, and heart space. Then we’ll settle into 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation to help you release the residue of the week and return to yourself.
Bring all your favorite props (bolster, blankets or beach towels, blocks, eye cover, ect...) to make your practice extra cozy.
