Move & Meditate
With Emma Matthies
Wake your body up with this 30-minute movement and meditation practice. We begin by grounding into our bodies using the breath. Next, we move through a few gentle somatic movements and, finally, we close our practice with a themed meditation. Each class offers a unique way to listen and connect to your body, mind, and spirit. Past themes include accepting the past, overcoming resistance, connecting to creativity, and more. All levels are welcome.
