Take a gentle pause in the middle of your day with this Yin Yoga class, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and restore balance, perfect for all levels. In this 1 hour practice, we’ll settle into long-held, supported postures that work deeply into the connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and encouraging a sense of inner stillness. Guided breath awareness and mindful presence will help quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation. Whether you’re new to Yin Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be supported with clear guidance and options to make each pose accessible and nurturing. This is your time to soften, let go, and reconnect with your breath and body. What to expect: A calming opening and breath-centered arrival A series of seated and reclined Yin postures, held for 2–5 minutes each Gentle focus on hips, spine, and shoulders to release tension Space for stillness and reflection throughout the practice A soothing closing relaxation to leave you grounded and refreshed Props: A yoga mat, a couple of cushions or pillows, and a blanket can help you feel more supported and comfortable in the postures, though you can practice without props too.
