How To Meet The Thought That "I Can't Meditate"

Have you ever sat down to meditate, perhaps it's your first time or perhaps you've being trying for a while now, and thought to yourself "I just can't meditate"?
It can be quite difficult in the beginning for many of us, don't worry it's quite natural and common, and we'll go through why that can be. Then we'll go through some considerations and approaches to help you cultivate a meditative practice. There are many "ways in" to meditation, and we'll go through some options to allow you to feel into what is right for you.
We'll finish with a guided meditation to put the discussion into practice.
