Restorative Pilates - Releasing on the Roller [Copied]

Welcome to Restorative Pilates. In this week's class we will focus on Releasing, Relaxing, and getting into all the nooks and crannies that need some love and attention. Opening first helps us to build muscle and stabilize areas from a place of greater alignment.
In this ongoing workshop we will explore some of the lesser known but incredibly valuable principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Centering, Mindfulness and Flow. Learn simple ways to dial into and become more present in your body’s alignment. Finding strength & balance while releasing stuck energies, gives your system an opportunity to reboot; spirit, mind & body. This class will primarily be lying down with the roller.
PROPS: roller, pinky ball, light weights (under 5lbs), gertie ball. Find a blank wall and floor space to roll out on where you can still view the class online.
