In this third session of The Prosperous Heart by Julia Cameron, we explore the theme of trust — in life, in yourself, and in something greater than your own effort. Through the four key themes of the chapter — the benevolent universe, creative action, risk, and gratitude — this session gently invites you to shift from fear and control toward trust and participation. We look at how worry shapes our perception, how creativity becomes an act of faith, and how small, courageous steps can begin to dissolve fear. You will also be guided to reflect on moments in your life where things worked out, often in ways you could not have planned — building a deeper sense of inner stability and trust. This session includes a short grounding meditation, reflective teaching, inquiry questions, and a longer closing meditation for integration. Trust is not certainty. It is the willingness to move forward… without needing to control everything.
