Bring kindness and a gentle well wishing to yourself. Send good
will to a friend. Notice the neutral people who are on the edge of your life but are centre stage in their own and send good will. Explore feeling anger without acting on it as you acknowledge the difficult people in your life.
We will start each session with a short chat and a welcome roll call, while we wait for others to join. The meditation usually lasts between 25 & 40 minutes. Then if time allows, we will have an informal chat and meditation reflections afterwards. Everyone welcome!
