Making Space for Peace: Noticing the Busy Mind (Breath-Talk-Meditation)

This session invites you to slow down and learn how to observe your mind, without attachment. We’ll begin with a few calming breaths to help the body settle and feel supported in the present moment. Then we will share a reflection on the busy mind — why the mind thinks so much, and how learning to observe thoughts with kindness can naturally create more space and ease. We’ll finish with a gentle guided meditation that supports resting awareness, allowing thoughts to come and go without effort. This practice is the first step in a series exploring how to move from mental noise toward a more spacious, resting mind.
