Yoga For Leg & Hip Power (30 Minutes)

Build strong, stable, and mobile hips and legs.
This 30-minute yoga session combines gentle mobilization with mindful strength building for hips, legs, and the pelvis. Some days the practice is very soft and nourishing, other days slightly more activating — always guided with awareness and respect for your body.
The sequences are accessible and supportive, helping you build mobility, stability, and ease of movement in a sustainable way. Suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a calm yet effective practice.
If you have them, please bring along 2 blocks and a blanket, or any other props that make your practice easier and more enjoyable. You’re also welcome to join without props.
If you plan to practice seated on a chair, please let me know at the beginning of the session so I can offer suitable options.
