60-Min Yinyasa (Yin + Vinyasa): Deep Restore & Flow

This 60-minute Yinyasa class begins with grounding Yin postures to soften tension patterns, quiet muscular effort, and bring awareness inward.
We’ll start with longer, supported holds (2–3 minutes) targeting the hips, hamstrings, spine, and shoulders. This phase encourages deep release in the connective tissues while calming the nervous system and preparing the body for intentional movement.
From that place of softness and awareness, we gradually transition into a mindful Vinyasa flow. The movement will be steady, breath-led, and stability-focused , building strength without force and encouraging conscious engagement rather than habitual effort.
