Our sense of smell is one of the first senses we use when we are born, and often the first one we lose as we age.
In this session we will discuss the sense of smell. How it is a portal to our memories. We will also consider how underrated it can be, yet how important it is. We will share our own thoughts about aromas and how they impact our day.
Today you will bring with you a chosen scent and we will use this as the foundation for our meditation.
