Calming Slow Flow

With Hanna Brynn

We will begin with a breathing (pranayama) practice, followed by gentle movements and calm easy flowing poses. Ending with time in shavasana. Blocks and straps suggested but not necessary. Class will last 45 minutes. See you on the mat :)
