Reduce Pain Through Yoga Therapy [Copied]

In this 45-minute practice we’ll work with a theme that we will explore through movement, breath, inquiry, rest or self-massage. These Ayurveda infused, therapeutic practices are aimed at growing your awareness of your body in all its layers (koshas; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and bliss). Holistically understanding your movement and compensatory patterns as a path towards relieving discomfort and pain. Creating more freedom and ease within yourself.
It is recommended to have 2 blocks, a belt, a firm blanket and 2 tennis balls available, depending on what we need during the practice. Feel free to bring your questions!
