Are You Eating on Autopilot? A Mindful Eating Practice

We eat while scrolling, while watching, while thinking about something else entirely. Most of us are somewhere else while eating and we don't even notice it.
But when we're distracted, we miss the meal. Not just the taste, but the signals our body is trying to send us.
In this session we explore what autopilot eating actually is, why distraction is so normal, and what it feels like to actually arrive before we start eating. You'll then eat your own meal guided by gentle inputs, with nothing to get right.
Please bring something to eat, it doesn't matter what. No experience needed, everyone is welcome. :)
