A Grounding Practice Through Touch #TraumaSensitiveMeditation
With Klea Miza (Growing Through Love)
This live session is a trauma-sensitive meditation, offering a gentle, choice-based approach that supports nervous system safety and personal agency. We’ll begin with a grounding practice to help the body settle and return to an inner sense of calm.
From that settled place, you’re invited, only if it feels comfortable, to experiment with the sensations in your fingertips. Noticing your fingertips touching, or the sensations of your fingertips touching the texture of the surface where they are resting.
If at any point, these sensations feel like too much, you are welcome to let your awareness rest, maybe to your breath, a neutral area in your body, or outside sounds or details. Whichever feels most supportive for you in the moment.
This is a nurturing, grounding practice designed to help you reconnect, relax, and feel supported from within.
I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to practicing with you.
