Restorative Yoga — Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset

This restorative yoga session is designed to support deep relaxation, reduce stress, calm restlessness, and gently slow down the entire system. Through simple supported poses, the body is guided into a state of ease, helping to restore energy and bring quiet to the mind.
You will be guided into comfortable restorative postures using props. Each pose is held for a few minutes (around 5 minutes) to allow the body to settle deeply and receive the full benefits.
These poses can also become meditative — you may gently focus on different energy centres (chakras) or mentally repeat a calming sound or mantra, if that feels natural to you.
You may use the following:
A chair or sofa
1–2 bolsters or folded blankets
1–2 pillows and/or cushions
Eye mask or small towel
A light weight or grain bag (½–1 kg) weight) for the forehead
Ice pack or warm pack (optional)
A calming and nourishing practice suitable for all levels.
Duration: ~30–40 minutes
