You are warmly invited to this event to pause, tune in with your energy centres and give yourself some extra nourishment. I take a holistic, Pan-Cultural approach to Self Healing which has been practised since the dawn of time. I have also been a Reiki Master teacher for over thirty years, teaching at all levels. These sessions are suitable for everyone from seasoned practitioners to complete beginners. I show the simple sequence of hand positions we use at the beginning of every session. There is also the option of sending energy to each energy centre, if for any reason it is not possible for you to hold some or all of the positions, due to disability, injury or illness. We create a caring, communal space together which you can join us for, every week or come along to whenever you can. As we go along we are finding that Self Healing together magnifies the energy and our experience of it. After our self-healing, we send loving healing energy to any person, group, place or situation that the community brings to our awareness. *I suggest you create a comfortable nest for yourself lying down, semi reclining or seated, ahead of the session.
