This 60-minute Vin/Yin practice invites you into a steady rhythm of movement and rest, cultivating ease, trust, and sustainable flow. The class begins with gentle, repetitive vinyasa to build warmth and consistency, then transitions into longer-held Yin postures that encourage deep release and integration. Rather than pushing or striving, we focus on returning to breath, presence, and what truly supports us. You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, and softly restored.
Props recommended: bolster, strap, and block (or pillows and blankets)
Suitable for all levels. Come as you are, move slowly, and let the body unwind.
