You're invited to join us for one hour of movement, mindfulness, and breath. We start with noticing our current state as we arrive on the mat. Then, flowing movement with breath, from one posture to the next in a thoughtfully-designed sequence, allows for exploration, inquiry, body awareness, relaxation, and - if you desire - challenge within your comfort level. This class is suitable for all levels and abilities - modifications are given and encouraged.
