Candace has been a yoga practitioner for over 13 years and teaching since 2017. As a 500-hour certified instructor, her teaching ranges from vinyasa, fascia-based movement, postnatal yoga, meditation, and breathwork. Her passion lies in sharing yoga from a place of true embodiment, fostering both physical and inner strength, alignment, and ease. She is wholeheartedly devoted to helping others cultivate a sense of calmness and harmony in both body and mind.
