Ed first discovered meditation in 2012 at a point in his life when he was working in a high-stress corporate environment. Since then, his meditation practice has become an integral part of his life, and he hopes to be able to share some of what he has learned (while continuing to learn) here in the Insight community. Really liked the playful approach and focus on enjoyment of breath. Great transition in second part and particularly appreciated the few mins of quiet at the end.
