Find a comfortable position in a quiet,

Peaceful place.

If you're sitting in a chair,

Place your feet flat on the floor and keep your back straight but relaxed.

Take a moment to adjust your position if needed.

Remember,

You can always readjust during the meditation if you become uncomfortable.

Let's begin by centering ourselves with breath.

We'll start with 3 deep breaths.

Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 5,

Then exhale gently through your mouth for a count of 5.

Filling now your entire chest with its warm glow.
