This course is so helpful & teaches the acceptance needed to help stop the worry around not getting enough sleep which leads to that cortisol surge which in turn makes us more wakeful. This is a great course for those who want to understand how to take care of their nasal health and breathe more easily. The information is clearly presented and you can do this with just a few spare minutes in your day. I especially appreciated learning how to deal with dry nasal passages since it is a struggle for me every winter when indoor heating causes congestion.
