Many people rush thru the 6-part prep and 4-step transition in order to get to the breath sensations at the nose. In this meditation, I take my time exploring them to make better use of them in TMI's meditation methodology. Also at the end, we perform the 4-step transition in reverse order as we come out of our formal meditation as a form of connecting.
