Wherever you are,
You can go ahead and find a comfortable spot,
Ideally placing your feet on the floor,
Your palms facing upwards towards the sky,
And you can even set an intention for yourself.
Something you'd like to focus on throughout this meditation.
We'll begin by closing our eyes and finding centre.
Taking several deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
And you can continue this style of breathing throughout the entire meditation today.
Let's go ahead and start by relaxing our bodies.
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
And then you'll repeat those commands,
Silently or in a whisper starting with your feet.
Feet relax.

Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Legs relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Hips relax.
Thighs relax.

Just repeating these commands to your own body.
Back relax.

Whatever works best for you.
A waterfall of golden white light.
It pours down from the sky,
Down through the top of your head.
Down through your body,
Out your feet and into the earth.
Sitting in this waterfall of golden white light.
You can begin to let go of any stress,
Any negativity,
Any fears,
Frustrations,
Any anxiety,
Anything that holds you back.
You can let it all go now into this waterfall of golden white light.
Letting it be carried away,
Down through your feet and into the earth.
Carried away from you forever.
And so for these next few moments,
We'll sit here together,
Continuing to visualize and work with this waterfall of golden white light pouring through you.
If you find your mind is distracted with thoughts,
Just continue to use this waterfall of golden white light,
Sending the waterfall to these thoughts and letting them be carried away from you.

Just focusing on this word,
Spending the next few moments with it however you wish.

Remember the first time that you placed your feet on the pedals.

And how it took effort.
How it took momentum.
Determination.
Focus.
And again patience.
Sitting with these attributes.
Reminding yourself of this process.
Where else can you apply the process of learning how to ride a bike in your life?
What are you currently working on?
What needs more practice?
What needs more focus?
What needs more you?
Are you almost where you want to be?
Or are you just beginning?
It doesn't really matter.
Moving towards your goal.
Knowing one day you'll reach it.
Is where true strength and true character lies.
Letting this sink in.

And what attributes or qualities of learning how to ride a bike can you apply to your life?
To your situation?
To where you're at?
Having patience with yourself.
Trusting the process.
Knowing you only have to do your best.
You only have to keep going in order to succeed.

So that you feel fully supported and fully loved by your endeavor.
