Welcome back to another meditation.

I'm so excited you're here and joining me.

If you could find a chair somewhere where you could sit with your feet flat on the floor,

Your palms facing upwards towards the sky.

You can even set your own intention for this meditation if you'd like.

And wherever you are,

You can close your eyes now and begin to breathe.

We'll take several deep breaths together in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Just letting yourself breathe.

Letting yourself start to slow down and become present.

As we begin with a body relaxation.

For this body relaxation,

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

You'll repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body,

Starting with the feet.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Chest relax.

Chest relax.

Chest relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Relax.

Emotions relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Feeling present in this moment,

You can go ahead and begin to sense or feel,

Perhaps visualize,

A waterfall of golden white light pouring down from the sky and through the top of your head.

Down through your body,

Out your feet and into the earth.

Sitting in this waterfall of golden white light,

You let go of any stress,

Any negativity,

Any self-doubt,

Any worry,

Any fears.

Letting it all go now back to the earth so that you can cleanse,

So that you can be free.

And for these next few moments,

Just continuing this cleansing process,

Visualizing and working with a waterfall of golden white light pouring down through the top of your head,

Pouring through you,

Out your feet and into the earth and washing away what you no longer need.

So so so so so so so so so so so so so sky sky sky sky and just taking your attention now and focusing on sky the sky sky sky having your own experience sky you you you you you sky you you you you you See yourself standing inside of a photograph You can manipulate this photograph To capture any image Any memory that you wish What will you do with this photograph What image would you like to create Something out in nature One of the wonders of the world Or would you rather just see yourself joyful See yourself with an open heart See yourself in a beautiful picture Whatever works for you Do this now Every time you look at this photo It should bring you great joy For whatever you've created It's a memory It's a keepsake Something you created Something you put into your reality And here it is In photo evidence Letting yourself embrace the wonders of this life The memories that you've created The memories that you've created The memories that you've created The memories that you've created The memories that you've created The memories that you've created The joy of this life Capturing this image Capturing the beauty all around you Capturing the beauty all around you And or within your heart And or within your heart Feeling the momentum from this You realize that life is a series of images Your soul is constantly taking photographs Reminding you of your experience And so now it's time To capture more photos To create more memories To be alive To feel full To be in joy To be in joy About this experience About being alive So go ahead now And see your next image Is it different from the last?

Is it similar in nature?

Or emotionally similar?

Are you smiling in both?

How are you expressing yourself?

This is another memory Another moment Of your reality That you're capturing here to remember Helping you To feel more joy And to feel more alive And now after capturing several photographs Rather than creating another one You pause for a moment And place them on the wall It's important to take time to think about them And to be able to see them And to be able to see them It's important to take time for perspective It's important to take time To reflect And to see what you've created Do you like these images that you see?

Do they feel good to you in your heart?

Do they feel good to you in your heart?

Spending a moment here now Just letting the light flow in Letting light Come down upon your heart As you reflect As you see these photos in front of you As you keep tapping into What you'd like to create Feeling powerfully Whether you liked the photos or not Feeling alive Feeling confident And beauty You begin to create one more photo And this time it comes straight from your heart Whatever your heart needs or wants to say That's what's depicted here Showing up as an image for you today And letting yourself see What photo Your heart has to take Letting this image guide you Letting this image help you to understand Where you're at in your process And knowing that as you heal As you continue to create Life will become more and more beautiful Taking this in now And feeling more and more beautiful Taking this in now Seeing the expression of your heart Feeling grateful for these photographs And for this time here today Now taking several more deep breaths in through your nose And out through your mouth In through your nose And out through your mouth In through your nose And out through your mouth And just letting yourself breathe Letting yourself come home to yourself Staying in tune with your heart And now very slowly and gently You can begin to move your arms and your legs You can open your eyes Coming back into your sacred space Taking really good care of yourself Thanking yourself for showing up And knowing and remembering That meditation will always,
