Hey you!

I'm so glad you're here for this powerful talk today that is deeply personal and I hope you can resonate with it and take some value out of this one.

So,

To get started,

I want to answer the question for you if I have ever felt like my body was working against me.

And to be true,

I had many many moments where I really thought that I was doing so much and I didn't understand why my body was just not going with me and kind of keeping me stuck or was working against me.

I was doing so many things.

I built so much discipline.

I didn't eat any sugars.

I ate so healthy.

I was moving my body every single day and even though I did all of that,

Thinking that I was really doing something good for my body so it can finally change into the shape that I wanted my body to look like,

I really got frustrated because my body was just not reflecting how much effort I put into it.

So I got frustrated and I started to hate looking in the mirror.

I started to hate seeing my body.

I didn't feel like it was representing who I am and representing all the effort I was doing.

So maybe you know that feeling too when you have been pushing through pain,

You have ignored fatigue and you're feeling like your body isn't cooperating with you.

So I want you to know that you're not alone in this.

And one day,

It's not too long ago,

I realized that my body has been trying to guide me here all along and I was starting to hate my body and I was trying to change it out of hate and out of lack.

And my body just wanted me to know that he was tired and he felt restricted and he was doing so much and I just gave him hate.

And the moment I realized that I can't change something out of the place of hate and only from a place of love,

I knew that I had to change my perspective.

And I started to ask my body what it was that he needed from me,

What it was that he wanted me to know.

And I really sat down many,

Many times and just started listening.

And the answer was that he just wanted to feel the love for what he's doing for me.

And it was just an intense experience.

And from those moments onwards,

It felt so much easier for me to shift and I more and more changed into loving my body and it wasn't easy.

It really took a long time and now for the last couple of weeks,

I noticed that I can finally look into the mirror and really love what I see.

And I just turned my perspective and it's not that my body shape changed in an insane way,

But my body is just working with me now and I can see a great difference in how I look and my perception of it is just so different.

So what I kind of want you to know is that your body is not a machine.

Your body is an intelligent system designed to support you.

And the moment you are working with it,

It is reflecting it back to the outside and in the inside.

And the more hate you give your body,

The more frustration you have over your body,

The more illness it is going to create because you're giving it a frequency of hate.

And then the frequency of hate,

Illness is reflected.

And so this is what builds in your body.

It's building tension,

Blockages,

Illness,

Autoimmune diseases,

Bloating,

Digestive issues.

And when you start to give it love,

These symptoms will go away because you just stop the cause of hate and you're giving it love.

So I really want you here to take a moment to pause and check in with yourself to see what signals your body is sending you right now.

So if it's available for you in a moment,

Then close your eyes,

Take a breath,

And just notice.

Maybe even place your hands over your heart,

Your body,

Or any area that you feel frustrated with.

Where in your body do you feel tension?

What is your body asking for?

All the answers that you so often seek in the outside world,

They are already within you.

And your body already knows what it needs.

How would your life change if you fully trusted your body?

So when your eyes are still closed,

Then really visualize what it feels like to be in a body that works for you,

Not against you.

What would change for you?

How would you feel?

And what would you do differently in your daily life?

Would you do maybe less movement?

Or would you go for a walk?

Would you eat less?

Would you eat more?

Would you eat something different?

And how would you talk to yourself when you look into the mirror?

What do you see?

Can you feel this love,

This gratitude for your body?

Isn't it amazing?

So what is one small action you can take today to start working with your body?

So maybe before you make any decision today,

This works really well for me.

If it's food,

Movement,

Or taking rest,

Then before whatever you do,

Pause and ask your body,

What do you need?

And listen.

For me,

This works really good when I'm kind of hungry.

Or when I'm craving something to eat and I think of maybe like a yogurt bowl and I ask my body,

Do you need it right now?

And then I can just feel it in my gut if I do or if it's aligning with my highest self.

Or if I just want to eat because of boredom or because I lack something that I think food is giving me but it's not.

So this is really a great tool.
