This guided meditation is of best use if you already know the breathing method. This method involves breathing fully in and then letting go, until you hold your breath on the last exhalation for as long as you comfortably can. You then breathe in again and hold for as long as you comfortably can and restart the cycle. Warning. Please make sure that you are in a safe environment and never do this near or in water. It is possible to pass out while doing this and you don't get a warning signal. This passing out is supposedly harmless and only happens to few people, but if you are one of them, please be very cautious.

I thoroughly enjoyed this wim hof-style breathwork practice. no frills, just 4 rounds of deep breathing and meditative background music. As I’ve been diving into personal research on prehistory, space, and time, I’m beginning to see the connection between abundance and iteration. the importance of repitition and cycle, even at their most inconceivable level. what’s happened happened. sa ta na ma. acknowledging the cycle *is* the essence of mētta, karuna, mudita, and upekka. grateful for this acknowledgement, and this practice 😌🙏🏾.

Thank you so much Chris. I was already practicing this method by myself every now and then, but with your guidance it’s a lot easier. I don’t have to focus on counting the breaths and can fully pay my attention to the breathing (and holding). Will definitely use this one more often! 🙏❤️
