The life force energy into our heart center.

Let's rest our awareness on our hearts.
See the heart is glowing a warm color.
Glowing bright and beautiful.
And see that the chakra,
The energetic aspects of the heart are there in this Merkabah shape.
And as our hearts hold us and allow us to flow,
They are resonating.
The heart chakra is a wheel of light active in many dimensions.
Infinite in its reach.
United with all hearts.
Dive deeply into the center of your hearts.
Let us go deep into the very core and see that the heart is emitting a sonorous frequency,
A sound,
A tone.
As the energetic aspects of this Merkabah spin and spin and spin infinitely fast.
There is pure tone.
A song which is sung.
And each of us has our own song glowing and alive within our hearts.
It is the song that sings when we are feeling joy.
It's the song of love.
The song of harmony.
The song of compassion.
It is ultimately a song of pure oneness.
Union,
Connectedness.
For our hearts do not exist in a vacuum,
But our hearts live in and exist in relation to other hearts.
And like radios they can receive and they can emit.
And there is always this ongoing dialogue.
This ongoing communion between our individual awareness and the awareness of others and the awareness of space and time and pure awareness.
Always co-mingling,
Always mixing,
Always blending.
Always growing,
Always changing,
Always evolving.
Take some more deep breaths into your heart center.
Really igniting this place,
This aspect of self.
And see that in the course of this time together we have created a heart of this time and this place.
This family,
This communion together in this circle.
And see your heart linking with all the other hearts in this circle.
Again we make this ring of light,
This ring of frequency.
And now see in the center of our circle,
Crystalline form,
Crystalline globe.
And in this crystal structure we see our purpose and mission.
We see the love and light of the earth.
We see the love and light of many worlds coming into contact with each other.
And celebrating in oneness.
So here we are with this ring of heart,
Love,
Energy.
And circling this crystal globe in the middle.
Let us direct this ring of light and see the light shining from all of our hearts into the center of the circle.
Energizing this crystal ball.
And it is refracting and reflecting the light of our individual hearts.
So that it is magnified many times.
And it is charged up.
And with our intent we can direct this light to any place and any time and towards any intention.
As we have done many times already,
Let us see the light that we have shown into this globe.
Shine a strong beam down into the earth,
Down all the way to the core.
And the earth itself in her core magnifies this light as it spreads throughout the core.
And up towards the crust,
Towards the seas and the land.
As this light is gradually shining more and more from her surface.
Continuously sending this light down and charging.
The earth is glowing.
We can feel her energy reflecting our own love back into us.
There is an electromagnetic charge.
And now we see again this crystalline orb of light in the center of our circle.
Glowing,
Pulsing with this light and this tone of love.
We send this light and this tone up into a very strong beam of light,
Up into the sky.
Out far into space.
And as it exits the atmosphere of the earth it refracts and reflects infinitely in many directions.
Coming into contact with all that is in the 3D manifest universe and all that is within the astral and beyond in the realms of consciousness that form this universe which we call home.
And this light is just spreading and spreading throughout the Milky Way galaxy.
Like a flood of light,
It's just a flood of rushing waves of light.
And out beyond the Milky Way galaxy,
Towards the other many galaxies.
And gradually we see the whole universe shining resplendent with this light of love.
The same light that is shining within us.
Within our individual selves.
And we know that this light is all that is.
And all that is comes from this light and emanates this light.
And there is nothing that is not made of this love,
Made of this light.
That is not singing this beautiful song of love.
And now effortlessly we become aware of the heartbeat of the universe.
Alive within us and around us.
And this heartbeat,
This rhythm and frequency holds the key to all other frequencies.
All sounds.
All forms and shapes.
All colors of light are born within this mother tone.
And we allow ourselves to see ourselves for what we are as notes within this symphonic masterpiece.
In awe and in great appreciation and gratitude for this knowledge and this realization.
And we set the intention now to embody pure love in all we do.
That we may shine and reflect.
Now from the expanse of the universe we bring our awareness back towards this spot.
Traveling through the streams of light,
Through space,
Towards the Milky Way galaxy.
And along this arm of light on the Milky Way galaxy we zoom in to find our sun and our solar system.
And the planets encircling in this beautiful sea of space.
Humming their own tune in harmony with the song of love that our sun shines.
And we see the earth,
Our mother and her radiance.
How beautiful is she.
And we look towards our circle of light.
And we invite any consciousness that is aligned with us to enter this circle.
Be it in this physical place or anywhere that we choose to carry this circle of light with us.
We see that we've been guided to this circle.
Looking back in time.
And looking forward in time this circle will stay with us ever more and we can connect with it.
As needed and as desired.
Feeling a sense of groundedness,
Of family,
Of inspiration.
We can use this always as a tool.
Going just that next step further.
Encountering ourselves more truthfully each time.
More lovingly and more compassionately.
That we may encounter others more lovingly and more compassionately.
