The first step in this three-part series,
We'll be walking together.
Think of this space like a breath you've been waiting to take,
A soft place to land.
You don't need to perform or push or try to get anything right here.
Just let yourself arrive.
If your nervous system has been in survival mode,
If you've been holding it all together for too long,
This is where we start to unwind.
We begin with safety.
Not because something is broken and needs fixing,
But because healing can't happen when your body doesn't feel safe enough to soften.
In this session you'll hear two layers of my voice.
One is your main guide,
That part you need to follow.
The second is a quiet undercurrent,
Offering affirmations and body cues in the background.
I want you to know that it's totally normal if your mind tries to latch on to both voices.
If it feels like it's too much at first,
That's okay.
Just keep coming back to the main guidance and let the rest wash over you like background noise.
You don't have to catch it all,
Your body will.

Gently bring your hands to your heart now,
Feel a steady rhythm holding you in this moment.
Now take a slow breath in through your nose,
Filling your belly,
Expanding your ribs and softly exhaling through your mouth as you release and let go.
I want you to focus on a simple heart coherence breath technique,
Inhaling through your nose for a count of five and exhaling through your mouth for a count of five.
To relax as you breathe safe,
Imagine a golden light moving through your body to heal,
Carrying safety and nourishment into every cell.
I am safe with each breath,
Your body,
My body is beginning to trust you.
My body is now gently bring your fingertips to the space just above your collarbones.
I am keeping that five,
Five pattern going out to soften,
Softly tap and massage this area.
This is your lymphatic drainage point,
The key to opening flow in your body.
And as you breathe in that rhythmic pattern,
To imagine releasing anything stagnant,
To receive any weight your body no longer needs to hold.
As you repeat after me in your mind,
Release.
I open to release in my body.
I am safe in my body.
How to heal my body knows how to heal is not my enemy.
Breathe in and feel this truth settling deep within.
I am allowed to rest.
As I invite you now to bring your awareness to your room space,
To trust the center of intuition,

Inviting in gentle movement back into your body.
I release the need as you take one final deep breath in.
I know that my healing happens in flow and hold for a brief moment and then with a sigh.

You have signaled to your body that it is safe to heal.
On his safety is a foundation for all of your transformation to come.
And as you move through your day,
